“Every why hath a wherefore.”

This rollicking tale of chaos and confusion caused by two sets of twins has been one of Shakespeare’s best-loved comedies since its debut in 1594 -- and with good reason. Its verbal wit and slapstick comedy provide a fun-filled performance that's a delight for audiences of all ages. There are even a couple of walk-on roles where audience volunteers get to be part of the act. Be sure to stay for the post-show Q&A where audience members can pose any questions they wish to the cast!

In The Comedy of Errors, a young man arrives in a new city, accompanied by his faithful servant. Coincidentally both have twin brothers, who were lost in a shipwreck 25 years earlier and already reside in the same city. The resulting confusion builds to a hilarious crescendo, culminating in an unexpected and joyous family reunion. Resident Artist Carla Pantoja (director of last season’s hit touring production of Romeo and Juliet) stages this hour-long show, filled with clever banter and antic behavior that will have you wanting more!  No ticket or reservation needed - just come and enjoy the show.
